All import taxes/ documentation/EPA certification charges will be paid by us. You will simply have to collect at our Rosemead warehouse and not worry about the import documentation.

If you need to deliver directly to your place, delivery is FREE within the mainland USA.

Return Eligibility

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged equipment.
• Custom or special-order products.
• Spare parts, consumables, and hydraulic attachments.

We ship out within 7-10 work days once payment is received.

Actual delivery takes 7-14 days depending on destination.

Please note at times, we may need to send to you nearest logistics warehouse when the trucks cannot deliver to your location.

Damaged or Missing Items

• Inspect your shipment upon arrival for any visible damage.
• If damage is detected, note it on the delivery receipt and contact our team immediately.
• Claims for shipping damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
